Yes — all fishing is guided by Texas Parks & Wildlife and NOAA regulations. Our crew will keep you informed and ensure we stay within legal limits for each species.

• A valid Texas saltwater fishing license for anyone 17 or older

• Sun protection: sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat

• Food for the day (just no bananas — it’s a boat thing)

• Drinks of your choice — water is a must, beer is welcome

• Comfortable footwear — flip-flops or tennis shoes are great; no boots or dark soles

• A waterproof pouch for your phone (you’ll want it handy for the big catch photo)

• Depending on the trip type and time of year, you could reel in Snapper, Marlin, Tuna, Dorado (Mahi), Sailfish, Wahoo, and more. Your captain will tailor the experience to maximize your chances.

All trips include rods, reels, bait, tackle, an experienced captain and crew, cold waters and sodas, plus a fully equipped yacht with air conditioning, sound system, and restrooms. Overnight trips include meals.

We’ll provide payment instructions once your trip is confirmed. A deposit may be required to secure your date.

We understand plans change. Just give us as much notice as possible. Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded.

The Double E yacht is equipped with a Seakeeper 26 to dramatically reduce side-to-side motion. While motion sickness varies by person, most guests find the ride incredibly smooth.
